Mark Daniel Lovelace, 50, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, June 27, 2020 as a result of diabetes.
He graduated from Menchville High School in 1988 and owned and operated the Mid-Atlantic Tree Service from Lovelace. Mark was a true nature lover who loved hunting and spending time on the water, but his greatest joy was being dad to Kasey and Chase.
Mark was preceded in death by his father, Gene Lovelace; and grandparents, Claude “Dee Dee” and Elizabeth Zykes.
He is survived by his children, Kasey Rae Lovelace and Chase Gene Lovelace, and their mother, Kimberly K. Lovelace. Mother Mary Beth Lovelace; Siblings Jeannie White, Ray Lovelace, and Debbie Wright; and nieces and nephews, Nicole and Nicholas Wright and Haley White.
The family will be welcomed to the Weymouth Funeral Home on Thursday July 2nd from 5pm to 8pm. Masks are required before entering the building. A service will be held on Friday, July 3, at 11 a.m. at Peninsula Memorial Park. Please enter at Nettles Drive Gate.
Instead of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
